Welcome 2026!

Hello everyone and thank you for stopping by our page! There are many new and exciting things in the works for New Wind Productions this year. At the end of 2025 we wrapped up a crowdfunding event for Alexa’s short film called “Thrifted.” Thrifted is a story of a young queer couple that is brought 70 years into the past with one question. The camera knows the truth, and the rest of us can only imagine. A second-hand find was sweet, but the love captured was even sweeter. Currently Thrifted has been submitted to several festivals! Looking forward to getting the film out there, and a special thanks to all those who contributed, including Gilbert Baker Film Festival.

We are currently casting for a new web series called “L8 Bloomr” about a late-in-life lesbian and an interesting purge into the LGBTQ+ community. Written by Alexa Grecco and looking to get Episode 1 - Pronoun, Place or Thing out by April 2026.

A few other projects are in the works and we look forward to sharing all of these details with you once they are finalized. May your year be filled with LOVE and LAUGHTER, and may you dream big and be the light the world needs right now.
