Sue Kessler (Jess/Writer) is a writer and actor who woke up one morning after a night out with friends and started writing “Misadventures of Being Single” to break the writers block she was having from her book. Starting her career late, there are many projects in the works and she looks forward to getting this project “kickstarted,” with many more to come.

Joe Grant (Shannon/Producer)  has been involved in screen acting for almost two years. With no prior training, he was bit by the ‘acting bug’ and decided to dive in. While managing his full time job as a Headhunter for the manufacturing industry, he has been taken classes, and acted in a handful of productions including background work, a supporting role in a short film, a supporting role in a feature length film, and played the lead in a PSA that aired on TV in the Boston area which received a nomination for a New England Emmy. The PSA was about the dangers of opiate addiction, something he is passionate about after being in recovery for almost four years now. He enjoys working with his hands and fixing things, just as much as he likes to give back to his community in the form of helping people who struggle with addiction find a new, healthy way to live. Towards the end of the year, Joe is planning to take the leap and leave his full time job to pursue acting full time, because, “why not?”

Kristen Anne Ferraro (Kristen) is a long time matchmaker and has many cousins. Her real life matchmaking skills have resulted in several marriages and zero divorces. Kristen is an actress and singer with over 30 years of stage, film and television experience. She splits her time between CT and NY and loves spending time with her husband and dogs.

Peyton Michelle Edwards (Hayden) is a New York based actor who has appeared in over 20 projects throughout the independent film scene. Hailing from North Carolina, she holds a BA in dramatic art from UNC Chapel Hill. Most recent credits include lead and supporting roles in Howitz, Anna and In Memoriam. www.peytonmichelleedwards.com

Hunter Parker (Jen) came out of the womb a storyteller and she hasn’t stopped — from acting to directing, teaching, and everything in between! She’s performed most recently on stage in productions of ALMOST, MAINE and WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? While theatrical by nature, she looks forward to returning to film work with this fun project. Education: MFA in Dramatic Media (Directing) from The University of Georgia; BA in Theatre (Acting) from Virginia Tech. www.hunterparker.net

Jonathan Noury-Elliard (Isaac) originally began acting on stage in a variety of productions and was quickly bitten by “the bug”. Since then, he sought out training and experience in conservatories, summer productions, and a small amount of independent films. He is hoping to continue working towards on-camera productions and feels honored to be a part of “Misadventures of Being Single”. Be on the look-out for him in a National game show as the New Hampshire contestant sponsored by Facebook.

Stacey Frizzell (Barista) is an actress with training in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California. She was born in Los Angeles, bit by the same “acting bug” that got her father. Stacey has appeared in over a dozen short films, feature length films, television shows, and commercials. She most recently played a lead role in “One Law”, directed by Raeshelle Cooke, appeared in a short film directed by Ian Rutherford, and shot a wedding venue commercial. Her work can be found on the Investigation Discovery network and in upcoming film festivals. Aside from acting, Stacey enjoys photography, archery, playing piano, gymnastics, and Krav Maga.

Stephanie Barney (Rori) is a recent graduate from Rhode Island College with a degree in Musical Theatre. Stephanie has been doing theatre for twelve years, but has just recently gotten into film. This is Stephanie's third film and she is excited to be apart of another project! Stephanie plans to move to New York City soon and pursue her career in performance!

Rick Telesca (DP)  Rick is a storyteller who studied film directing under Mark W Travis in Los Angeles and earned a B.A in Cinema Production from the University of Hartford.  He is also a graduate of the Connecticut Film Industry Training Program where he trained as a camera operator on Panavison Cameras.
